I always do my warm up at the same place

Aron Pálmarson, a distinguished member of the Icelandic national team, shared insights into his handball journey. When asked what got him into the sport, much like many others, he credited a role model and former handball player.  "I started because of Geiri Hall."

While Aron doesn't indulge in a plethora of pre-game rituals, there is one he always sticks to: "I consistently warm up in the same place every time."

Reflecting on his remarkable handball career, Aron fondly identifies Hafnarfjörður, the starting point of his national trajectory, and Kiel, where his international career took off, as his favorite places in Iceland and Germany.

When posed with the question of his all-time favorite handball player, Aron unequivocally points to Logi Geirson.
